Today I saw 21 Jump Street. I then negated that great life choice by feasting on buttery movie popcorn. BUT! Then I went to the gym and beasted, I mean BEASTED out six miles in 46 minutes. Turns out movie theatre popcorn is great for pre-workout energy. Or is it food guilt? Meh, I won either way.

today: quick & dirty, one hour. ran 4.5 miles in 45:00 frontals + laterals: 12 lbs/3 sets/12 reps bicep curls + hammer curls: 10 lbs/3 x 12 tricep dips: 15 planks, front + sides: 1.5 minutes each stretchhhhh what did you do for yourself today? (i also ate chocolate.)
